Being a New Yorker, I cheer their ability to delight and educate their West Palm Beach diners.  And then, they got creative....  Their Gourmet Pizzas include Sweet Chilli Chicks, with Sweet Chili Sauce and Chicken; Kale Yeah, with Kale and Chicken; and Little Italy, with Meatballs, Ricotta Cheese; and more.

I made Pizza at home for many years, starting with the dough and I fancy myself a "Pizza Snob."  I will approach Phoebe and Jen's Pizzas with a critical eye.

They have received many awards since.

And, we all ate well.  Eric got a slice of thin crust Little Italy.  I chose the deep dish Sicilian Pizza. The sauce was perfect, which is in my opinion the make or break ingredient in any Pizza.  The Little Italy is the marriage of Lasagne and Pizza flavors, which are complimentary. The Sicilian Pizza was crispy on the bottom, with fresh, light textured dough.  The Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese were well balanced.

Pizza Girls should be bragging, with megaphones...  They make AWESOME Pizza!
