Forsyth Park was created in 1851. It is the Crown Jewel of Savannah's parks.

Eric and I enjoy watching people enjoy this beautiful day. Frisbees and footballs fly through the air. People with dogs meet and chat while their dogs get acquainted. Families picnic. People sunbathe, read, walk hand in hand.

The Band Shell at

Historic Fort Forsyth
has been incorporated
into the Band Shell,
dining & Visitor Center.

slooowly...
It's time to get back on the Old Town Trolley and go back to our car. Eric and I packed a lot of activities into just one day in Savannah.
