A Stop at the Frozone in Byron, Geogia

Eric bought a Groupon for frozen yogurt at the FroZone in Byron, Georgia.

I like the rocking chairs
in front of the FroZone.

Eric & I are here at a
good time...

Mike, one of the owners,
 is here.

Pick up a large cup....

Add your favorite flavors
of frozen yogurt....

Top your selections off with
a mix of toppings...

There are at least 15 toppings
to choose from.

Put your cup on the scale and pay 48 cents per ounce of your frozen yogurt sundae.

Eric & I sat down &
 chatted with Mike.

We got the inside "scoop"
 on starting an independent
frozen yogurt shop.

After Mike and his wife, Tricia, decided to open a frozen yogurt shop, they emailed their friends and ran an online contest to name the business.  Coolest name....the FroZone.

Eric loves this name and was surprised that the FroZone is not the name of a chain of frozen yogurt shops.

Tricia & friends consulted on
the color scheme & decor
for the FroZone.

She chose the rocking chairs
that invite customers to sit
& visit while enjoying
their frozen yogurt treats.

the FroZone opened in August 2014.  Eric and I happened in during a lull in business and Mike had some time to talk with us.

Good luck, Mike and Tricia, with your custom crafted frozen yogurt shop, the FroZone.
