Visiting Ronald Reagan's Presidential Museum in Simi Valley, CA

Ronald Reagan grew up
in Illinois.

 After a stint in radio....

... Ronald Reagan began
his film career.

He appeared in 53 films.

Here he is with Nancy Davis,
his second wife.

(His first wife: Jane Wyman)

Ronald Reagan served as
Governor of California
from 1967 to 1975.

Reagan's first Presidential bid in 1976 was unsuccessful.  He ran again in 1980.

President Reagan left office on January 20, 1989.

He continued to enjoy

Medal of  Freedom by
President George H. W. Bush
on January 13, 1993.

President Reagan was diagnosed with Alzheimers Disease.  The long goodbye came to an end on June 5, 2004.
