Living with other RVers makes explaining the lifestyle unnecessary. RVs are welcomed here. Some neighborhood associations have rules against RVs being on members' property, even for packing and unpacking at the beginning and the end of the RV season.
The Gardens has many activities: Monthly social functions, pot luck dinners, cards, crafts, line dancing and exercise classes. The community also has several camp outs each season. Guests of The Gardens can stay for a couple of nights on full hook up sites with 50 amp electrical service. A private mail forwarding service is included.
Gardens RV Community is located in Crossville, Tennessee, midway between Nashville and Knoxville. Crossville sits atop the Cumberland Plateau. Nature graced the plateau with forests, lakes, waterfalls. Ozone Falls State Natural Area includes a gorge and waterfalls. Summer time temperatures range in the 80 degree range. Winter brings 40 and 50 degree temperatures. This area boasts perfect spring and fall weather.
The RVing lifestyle offers many options for RVers. Some keep their home(s) and travel in the RV. Some rent out their home, put items in storage and travel full time. Some live with relatives for part of the year and travel for part of the year. Others sell their homes, store items and live full time in their RVs. Minimalists sell the house, give away and/or sell the contents and have everything they own with them. These decisions are the result of reviewing many factors including health, finances. family and friends.
One of the options for RVers who want to spend time off the road is an RV Home Base Community. The Gardens has a lot to offer with comfortable homes that include spacious garages with full hook ups. This community offers many activities in a temperate, naturally abundant area.
