Most of today's drive is
along Interstate 70 West/
US Route 24.

The elevation continues to
rise, ever so gently.

The Goodland Water Tower
I think the design is a
plowed field.

Welcome to Colorful
Colorado

Wind Turbines in the
distance.

The Colorado Welcome Center
I drive a bit....
Eric hangs out a bit...
Farm equipment leaves a trail of
dust as it moves.
Eric wonders if eastern Colorado
The Genoa
Water Tower

There's acres & acres & acres
for Cattle to roam...
A lone windmill on a
lonely plain
Denver is 23 miles away.

We continue to follow
Interstate 70 West.
Traffic is heavy as Eric & I
approach Denver.

Our first view of the
Denver skyline.

A roadside Roller Coaster
We leave Interstate 70 for
... & pass a Winchell's

We arrive at the Prospect
It's a good thing we have reservations.... The R.V. Park is full and unable to accommodate RVers that are passing by.
Eric & I are in a "pull in
campsite" with full hookups
We have 30 amp electric
service water & sewer.
