Jerry's birthday dinner was created by grandson, Adam. He's the camera shy one in our family.
This pizza was made from
scratch...
The crust starts off as water, yeast, sugar, flour and a two tablespoons of oil. It rises for hours before being kneaded a second time and st-ret-ched into the pizza pan. The meatloaf recipe is Alton Brown's, with Adam's customized adjustments.
We toast Jerry before
the pizza is cut &
served.
