Our Tour Bus for the tour
Our guide took us through several buildings and we watched
RV construction from the chassis up. Production per week: 120.
Employees: 1,200. Starting pay: $11.69 per hour. Forty percent of the
work force is female. There is one shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm.
Unpainted RVs look strange. There is a company on the Winnebago property that does the exterior paint work
