Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site

Unabashed plug for Red Tails, the 2012 movie about the Tuskegee Airmen.  It was a great film that captured the World War II tensions on segregation in the military and how hard black aviators worked to gain respect from everyone they dealt with in the Army Air Corps.

This small museum is located in the original hangar the Tuskegee Airmen used while they trained at Moton Field in Tuskegee, Alabama.
