Eric's choice of restaurant
for his Birthday Dinner:
He wanted Coq Au Vin for dinner. The Red Wine Braised Chicken is prepared with Mushrooms, Pearl Onions, and Bacon with a side of Potatoes. I chose the Filet de Boeuf. The Beef Tenderloin is accompanied by Fondant Potato, Mushrooms, and Perigord Sauce.
We chose Tempranillo for our Dinner Wine.
After dinner, Eric and I strolled the Decks...
