Dinner at Teppanyaki Restaurant on the Norwegian Joy

Teppanyaki is a style of cooking where Chef Alan cooks on a heated grill that is part of the table.   It is also the name of this Restaurant.  

Watching another Teppanaki Table as Eric and I wait to be seated.

Alan is very entertaining!  He talks nonstop while preparing dinner for our table of eight.

Our dinner includes
Fried Rice, Shrimp,
Squid, & Scallops.













Other diners in our group requested Chicken and Vegetables for their meals.  All the ingredients are cooked quickly without disrupting the pace of the group dinner.

Like all good things, our dinner and Chef Alan's show came to an end.  

We thanked Chef Alan and left with happy memories of a shared dinner experience.
