Eric & I Visit Sitka, Alaska




It's a beautiful morning...









Eric & I join other Cruisers
for the 6-mile ride into town.






Our driver provided some Facts about Sitka: 
Commercial Fishing and Fish Processing are major industries.
A referendum was put before Sitka voters to limit the number of Cruise Ships that can visit their island.  It was soundly rejected.
There are no Wolves or Moose on this Island.  The name of the High School sports team is the Sitka Sea Wolves.  Moose and Wolf souvenirs are common here.
