Today's drive starts on 

Interstate 80 East.

I wonder this barn has
a penthouse.

I catch a shot of the Morris Water Tower on the left

 & Cherry Pickers on the right.

We take Interstate 57 North

toward Chicago.

The Oak Forest

Eric & I turn onto

US Route 6 East to

 avoid a toll road.

South Holland welcomes
visitors.

Interstates 80 & 94 East

continue into Indiana.

Welcome to Indiana
Crossroads of America 

We leave the Interstate

for US Route 30 East.

Valparaiso labels its
bridge across US 30.

Eric & I are spending the

night at Walmart.

Eric and I are parked along a grassy edge, far away from the store and...

... cars start filling this
empty section of the
parking lot.

People attach balloons
to them.

I wonder if the festive

preparations are for

a Graduation Parade

or a Birthday Parade.

Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, people can't gather for celebratory parties.  Impromptu parades have formed across America to commemorate milestones in peoples' lives.
