The Most Beautiful Tot of La Paz County Competition at La Paz County Fair in Parker, Arizona

The La Paz County Fair is the setting of several pageants for children ages 2 1/2 and up.  Having never been to a beauty pageant, I made sure I had time for this event.

The stage is set up for
competition.
