The Jekyll Island Club Hotel... A Quick Look Around

Tycoons, politicians and socialites came to Jekyll Island and the Jekyll Island Club Hotel at the turn of the 20th century.  Jekyll Island was the playground where the super rich enjoyed
the remote club's exclusive and posh surroundings and ample game hunting in a temperate setting. Frequent visitors, J.P. Morgan, William Rockefeller, Joseph Pulitzer and William K. Vanderbilt embody the fabulous wealth acquired by business leaders, bankers and newspaper magnates during the Gilded Age.
