We are cruising Prince William
Glacier aboard the Valdez Spirit.
We pass moored boats
in Valdez Harbor on our
way out of port.
Clouds shroud the mountains in the morning.
We pass by islands.
I could spend the entire day just taking
pictures of the scenery.
We enter icy waters five miles
away from the Columbia Glacier.
The ice is much heavier near
the Meares Glacier.
We sit & watch the shoreline
change on our way back.
With fewer clouds in the sky, the mountains have more detail .
This building is the last pump hous
on the Trans Alaska Pipeline.
