no one can say please or
thank you to the waiters.
Anyone wishing to leave the
table must ask permission.
The Captain of the Officers' Mess,
Bill Woodside, grants permission
to leave the table & can penalize
individuals for infractions.

my appetizer.

a Rice Cake with Vegetables.
