Fiberglass Body Trucks at the Mile "0" Campground in Dawson Creek, British Columbia

Campgrounds are a great place to meet people.  While talking our neighbors, Esther and Henry, about the antique cars at the  Mile "0" Campground, I found out that their sons create custom trucks with fiberglass bodies.

Henry's son, Wes, invited
Eric to have a seat in a truck.

Fiberglass molds were created
to Red River Rod & Custom's
specifications.

Each fiberglass body & interior
is carefully crafted  to work
 harmoniously with the
selected truck chassis.

These extended cab bodies were matched with  Chevy S-10 frames.  The details of the 1947 to 1953 Chevy truck body are highlighted in these custom trucks.

Custom paint jobs
complete each individually
crafted truck.

I asked if the trucks are
trailered from place
to place.

They are driven regularly &
as you can imagine, they
get lots of attention.
