Eric & I start our drive
under overcast skies.

As we drove in Interstate 83

VERY popular.

Eric and I are using OvernightRVParking.com to find spots to spend the night.   For just $24.95 per year, we have access to to information on thousands of free overnight RV parking spots across the US and Canada.  The Walmart in Wheeling, West Virginia no longer allows overnight RV parking.  I am reporting the store's change in overnight parking to the database administrator.

The ramp on Exit 10 has
a 7% Grade.

And, there's a Runaway
Truck Ramp.

We re-enter Pennsylvania on
our drive west.

If you look on a map, you'll see that Interstate 79 runs north to Washington, Pennsylvania, where we pick up Interstate 70 and head west . Smaller roads run east/west across the Appalachian Mountains. Eric and I are driving cross country on a schedule and don't have the time to sight see our way through the mountains.
