Atrium in Glenville, New York.
This independent living community
is for people fifty five and over
This is our first visit to a
fifty five and over community.
Holiday at the Atrium has
one & two bedroom
apartments.
This model apartment shows
the spacious bedroom.
The bathroom includes
hand rails and an
emergency call button,
if needed.
Holiday at the Atrium provides sheets, towels and toilet paper. Apartments are cleaned
by the staff.
The apartments ring
a spacious atrium with
a piano & comfortable
seating.
The snack bar is stocked
24 hours a day with coffee,
tea, juice, fruits, baked goods.
Meals are included, for
those who prefer not
to cook.
Holiday at the Atrium has a library on the premises. The Wii Bowling League is very active. The building has Wifi and a computer is available. Residents meet to visit, play cards, participate in singalongs at the piano. Groups of residents meet to share their interests. Performers come in to entertain.
Some residents drive & some don't.
The bus is available to ensure
those who don't drive remain
active in the community.
There are many options for people as they grow older. Holiday at the Atrium offers an independent environment. Those who need assistance make arrangements to meet their individual needs.
There is a "time share" apartment for residents who travel. A resident can stay at any other of the Holiday properties for two weeks at no charge. With Holiday communities across the United States and Canada, residents have many choices to make when making travel arrangements.
