Papa Murphy's Pizza is on
the QSR Top 50 Fast Food
Restaurants by Sales List.
This restaurant is different from all the others Eric and I have visited. The Pizza isn't baked at the restaurant. Customers take the prepared Pizza home and bake it in their own ovens.

Papa Murphy's is selling a
heart-shaped Sweetheart
Pizza during February.
The Cold Case has
Bottled Water &
2-Liter Bottles of
Soda.
Eric & I study the menu.
Whatever Pizza we order must
must be 12 inches in diameter.
There's a Gluten-Free Crust
option.
Joe explains that our
options are limited
to the Medium
size Pizza Menu.
Eric and I decide on the Signature Papa's Favorite Pizza made Red Sauce, Pepperoni, Sausage, Ground Beef, Mixed Onions, Mushrooms, Green Peppers and Black Olives.
Joe tells us that many customers order 12-inch Medium Pizzas because their ovens are small.
We look over the Grab-N-Go
Case:
Scratch-Made 5 Cheese Bread
Desserts: Cinnamon Wheel,
Cookies, S'mores Dessert Pizza
Salads
Mini Murph Kid's Size Pizza
Make & Bake Kits

Papa Murphy's sells
Pizza Cutters.
Joe built our Pizza, added
Baking Instructions &
wrapped it up tightly
for the ride home.
A close up of the
Baking Instructions
Our unwrapped Pizza sits on the
the counter, letting the dough rise
while our Microwave/Convection
Oven heats up.
We don't have a rack in our Oven, so our Pizza will bake on the tray provided by the restaurant. I don't expect the bottom crust will become very crispy..... Into the oven it goes for 12 to 18 minutes.
15 minutes later the Pizza Crust
is golden brown & ready to be
removed from the Oven.
The cooking directions state that the Pizza has to sit for 5 minutes before cutting...
As expected, the bottom of the Pizza isn't crispy. The fresh toppings are delicious and the crust is perfectly baked.
Eric and I rate the Pizza, with its generous toppings, above average. Baking a freshly prepared Pizza at home isn't our thing. We won't be returning to Papa Murphy's Pizza
.
