Kindergarten Cop Filming Location: Astor Elementary School in Astoria, Oregon

Astor Elementary School at 3550 Franklin Avenue
was a film location for Kindergarten Cop.

Detective John Kimble, played by Arnold Schwarzenegger, goes under cover as a kindergarten teacher to track down a drug dealer.  Local school children were extras 

in the film.  

Astor Elementary School requests that photos be taken from the sidewalk, to ensure that students and staff are not disturbed by visitors.
