Visitors board a
Plant Tour Bus.
We are taken into the
Winnebago Factory.
Visitors aren't allowed to take pictures in the factory. I used photos from the internet to show what the tours focused on..
Class A, B & C Recreational
Vehicles are built here.
This huge building is called "Big Bertha."
At the Stitchcraft Building, we
watch employees stitch the
cockpit chair covers &
upholster them..

Drapes, window valences, couches, seats, quilts, pillows and headboards are made at Stitchcraft.
In the Plastics Building,
Winnebago parts
are made with molds.
Tanks are made using
a rotocast machine.
A worker takes a part.
(probably a holding tank)
out of the rotocast
machine.
Winnebago makes custom parts that fit perfectly into their motorhomes. Eric and I have a greater appreciation of our 2004 Winnebago Vectra's construction.
