There it was...
a blanket of snow
about an inch deep.
According to the morning's news, about half of the United States is covered with snow this morning. That monster storm that hit Alaska last week is still affecting weather across the country.
The slide topper is
weighed down with
now.
Even though it's snowy outside, Eric and I are toasty warm in our motorhome.
The middle of the street
is clear.
The even coating of snow
on this roof shows that
the attic is well insulated.
It's raining...
35 degrees Fahrenheit
Snow slides off
solar panels.
A slushy driveway
If it isn't cleared, it will
freeze in lumpy ruts.
Snow covered harvest
decorations
Footprints going toward
the house, then away...
There are still leaves
on the trees.
The fallen leaves will
be harder to rake
when they are soggy.
The steep pitch of this
house's entry has
less snow.
I see footprints across
the rear section of
a roof.
They continue across the
side section of the roof.
This section of sidewalk
on Princetown Road
needs to be cleared.
The Christmas decorations
look great in the snowy
surroundings.
