High clearance vehicles
are recommended
on this seven mile
scenic loop road.
Eric & I look out over an
undulating landscape.
All this land was under a
shallow sea millions of
years ago.
This escarpment reminds me
of Thatcher Park in
That's where we
came from.
The Moon looks down on
A washout causes a six
inch dip in this portion
of the road.
Wind & rain sculpt the
Eric continues to keep his eye
on the road as our drive
comes to an end.
There are several spots
that a low slung car would
have a hard time navigating.
The Park Ranger's advice is worth heeding..
