12th Annual D'Iberville BBQ Throwdown

D'Iberville, pronounced. D. Iberville is north of Biloxi. The City and D'iberville Gateway Group are hosting the 12th D'Iberville Annual BBQ Throwdown in the Scarlet Pearl Casino parking lot and the Coast Transportation Authority Center.

This is a professionally judged BBQ Festival.  I must get information on this....

There are two levels of competition - - Masters Teams and  Backyard teams.  Each team is cooking and preparing their best Chicken, Pork, Pork Ribs and Brisket to Kansas City Barbeque Society Judges.  There are cash prizes totaling $8,000.00...  Wow!
