Abita's Tap Room is in
buildings that remind
me of New Orleans.
Abita merchandise...
I love the Abita Beer
Wind Chime.
The Tap Room doesn't take cash. Credit and Debit Cards, only. Abita's accounting is efficient.

Kelsey serves Eric samples
I get sample beers too.... I like Mardi Gras Bock and Rock-N Rye. Eric likes Turbodog and Rock-N Rye.
Eric & I were invited to
stand behind the bar
for a photo op.
Samples are fine, but Eric and I each want a glass of beer.
It's time to take a seat
at the bar...
that are available on tap.
Some of the selections
aren't available in
bottles.
His choices are: Abita's Experimental Brown Ale with Caramel, Beeracuda, Limited Edition Horchata Turbodog, Abita Nitro Oyster Stout and Bad Mother Shucker Stout. Eric's favorite is Abita's Nitro Oyster Stout. Nitro Beers are thick, creamy brews that last only as long as the Gas continues to bubble. I like the Bad Mother Shucker Stout.
The bartender watches me
taking pictures of individual
beer descriptions & prints
out a copy for me to take
with me.
This is a real time saver for me, and awesome Customer Service.

Our Brewery Tour Group is being called.... It's time to join Kelsey and learn about Abita's brewing process.
