While walking to the ponds at
St. David RV Resort, I startle
three Ducks swimming in a
small pool of water.
They fly off toward the pond.
And relocate there
with other Ducks.
As I walk around the edge
of the pond, I am accosted
by the Goose.
The Goose charges toward me, honking loudly. It stops about ten feet from me, stamps its webbed foot and honks....
Ducks leave the pond to
show me that I don't
belong at the pond.
The Goose swims off,
after doing its job...
...warning fellow fowl
of possible danger.
