Eric is a man who plans, sometimes months in advance. Last fall, with Valentine's Day in mind, he searched the internet for a restaurant south Florida in the vicinity of our mid February campground.
Eric's search led to
La Brochette Bistro.
He called the restaurant LAST year to make reservations. Thankfully, they have an excellent reservation system and moved our February 14th at the turn of the year.

our dinner.

horseradish sauce.
The presentation is artful and our entrees were wonderful. Coffee was our dessert.
I so appreciate Eric's efforts to ensure that our Valentine's Day dinner is intimate, and so, so memorable.
