The Welcome Center
Fifty of the 100 sites have been completed. I told Kathy that I thought it is smart to rent out sites during the construction phase to generate an income stream.
Kathy gave me a tour
of the Club House.
The main room will include
tables, chairs, a bar &
a dance floor.
There are rooms devoted to card playing, billiards, the multi-purpose room will include a library; a gym, restrooms and showers.
The infinity pool & jacuzzi
overlook the lake.
All the sites face the lake
which will have a fountain
in the middle.
Unfinished sites
The Bocce Ball Courts
are waiting for
players.
Each site has a wide brick
pad that is deep enough for
a 40 + foot motorhome
& a vehicle.
Eric & I have site 53
for five nights.
We have all the utilities... water, sewer and electric. The DirecTV satellite dish honed in on the TV satellites. Wifi is included and it works very well.
