In the United States, Traffic Signals colors are Red on the top, Yellow in the middle, and Green on the Bottom, except...
...in the Tipperary Hill
is proud of its Irish Roots &
its Heritage.
The residents in Tipperary Hill deeply resented the Traffic Signals in their neighborhood because they believed that the City was favoring people of British Heritage over the Irish. After repeated requests to change the Traffic Signals in this Syracuse Neighborhood, the residents started throwing rocks.
The rock throwing resulted in broken Traffic Signals & Traffic Delays.
The City relented and installed one Traffic Signal with Green on the top, Yellow in the middle, and Red on the bottom. The residents of Tipperary Hill stopped throwing rocks.
