Monastery in nearby
St. David.
From 1974 to 2017 Benedictine Monks ran the Monastery. Their numbers dwindled, others left and now the Benedictine Olivetan Congregation owns and runs the property.
Peacocks roam the lawns.
We are inspected, & allowed
to proceed.
Lions guard the entrance to
the Celtic Cross.

We walk through the archway
toward Our Lady of
Visitors are encouraged to
stroll in the Bird Sanctuary.
This wall in the graveyard has
a Star of David & a Cross.
This is the first time I've seen
a Catholic Church, of any size
include the Jewish symbol.
The sign for the Stations of the
Cross takes visitors farther
into the cemetery.
Peacocks enjoy the shade
provided by the pickup truck,
