Wow! Eric's Blackstone Benedict is a carefully crafted flavor combination. The creamy Hollandaise Sauce compliments the Eggs and the Asparagus. The thick-sliced Millionaire's Bacon adds spiced chewy, meaty texture to the meal. My Sailor's Scramble' Seafood is balanced by the Eggs & Cheese. The Potatoes act as fillers.
