Eric & I drive past farms
on our drive northeast.
The Schoharie Valley stretches
out before us.
Eric & I leave Interstate
88 East at Exit 25.
Again, we decide to avoid a
12 foot 6 inch bridge by
driving along Broadway
in Rotterdam.
Today's drive takes us
along country roads.
Autumn leaves....
.... along New York State
Route 50 in Burnt Hills.

Ross Brick Paving & Blacktop

passersby to examine.
Hathorn No. 3 Mineral Spring
Eric drew mineral water from this spring during a visit in mid May for his Mom. His family always stopped at mineral springs during visits to Saratoga Springs for "the waters."
New York State Route
9 N takes us to...
.... Greenfield Center.
Eric asked me to take a picture
of the Greenfield Chuck Wagon.
It's a re-purposed camping
trailer.
We pass by horse farms.
Saratoga Springs is known for horse racing and polo. There are numerous horse farms throughout Saratoga County that breed and board thoroughbred horses.
Eric & I arrive at Saratoga
Eric & I are parked next to
the lake, in one of the
campsites without trees.
The campground is supplying water and 50 amp electric service. Our DirecTV satellite dish is trained at TV satellites that provide many channels for viewing.
