We went with Tom & Sally
to Jolly Roger Seafood House
for an early dinner.
This is a very popular
place to eat.
The menu is displayed
above the Breading Pit.
I watched staff cut fish and then send it through the breading machine. After watching this process, I now know why my attempts at breading foods fall short.
Fried Walleye and Perch are the locally caught specialties. Jolly Roger is known for their waffle fries.
I got the Perch with waffle fries.
It was great!
Tom and Sally have been fulltime RVers since 2001. They've been through several RV upgrades and have much to share on the businesses that they have dealt with successfully.
