Elvis Presley's First Recordings Were Made At Sun Studio in Memphis, Tennessee

The corner of Union and Marshall Avenues in Memphis is a very special place.





Sun Studio helped 
Black & White Musicians
with their careers.








In 1954 Sun Records released Elvis Presley's recordings of Arthur "Big Boy" Crudup's That's All Right and  Bill Monroe's Blue Moon of Kentucky in July 1954. 






Sun Studio is a mainstay in
the Memphis Music Scene.
On November 20, 1955, Elvis Presley signed a contract with RCA and continued his storied career.
