Dinner @ J.T. Prime Pop-Up By Chef Alex Trujillo in Yuma, Arizona

Eric and I enter the door on the right for dinner.

Eric and I are escorted past the Bar and the kitchen to our table.






The green table has been
moved for dinner.

At lunch, it was used in
kitchen as a workspace.




Eric & I toast to our
Tasting Menu experience
with Pinot Grigio.




Dinner starts with Spicy

They are as tasty as the
name implies.







(Then I turn on the flash...)





Followed by Wild Mushroom

They are a feast for the eyes
& the tastebuds.

The carefully spiced Market 
Oysters are served atop ice
in a giant Martini Glass.








The Caesar Salad is dee-licious.









Our wine changes to Cabernet for the rest of our dinner.





The House-Made Short Rib Ravioli 
is served with Spinach, Tomato 
Gorgonzola Sauce & a Balsamic 
Reduction.

Eric & I linger over the complex
flavors & textures in this dish.




Tonight's Chef Special is New York
Steak with Chim Cherry Sauce is
 served on a bed of Mashed
 Potatoes & topped with Vegetables.

It is a work of Culinary Art.

Chocolate Lava 
Cake served with 
Raspberry Sauce &...

Coconut Ice Cream
with caramelized 
Pineapple.



Chef Alex's Tasting Menu is superb.  Eric and I will be returning for dinner whenever we are in Yuma.
