A big thank you to friends,
Dave & Kathy, for bringing
Eric & me two bottles of
Quidi Vidi Brewing Company's
Iceberg Beer made with 20,000
year-old Iceberg Water.
Dave & Kathy in Clearwater, Florida
How is that possible? Quidi Vidi Brewing in Newfoundland and Labrador gets its water from passing iceberg chunks harvested from the Labrador Sea and uses the pure water to brew beer. A common local practice of using iceberg bits in drinks has commercial uses.
Iceberg Beer has 4.5%
alcohol by volume.
It's a light, refreshing
Dave and Kathy introduced Eric and me to Craft Beers in 2012. We have exchanged unique beers since then and appreciate their thoughtful choices of brews.
