Eric & I stop at Tantrum Wines

to sample Arizona Wines.

We are tasting Tantrum's Red Wines:  Noir 2018 Pinotage; Tilted 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon; Jazzy 2018 Petit Sirah; and Tattletale 2018 Heritage Zinfandel.

Charcuterie Tray: Herbed Flat Bread; Date Jelly; Smoked Gouda, Sage Cheese, and Asiago Cheese; Apricots, Craisins, Grapes, and Caperberries.

The Caperberry grows on

 Caper Trees.

This pickled Caperberry

 is salty & sour.

It's a fine addition to our flavorful Charcuterie Tray.  

Our favorite from today's Wines is the flavorful, balanced Noir 2018 Pinotage.  Tilted 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied with a peppery finish.  Jazzy 2018 Petite Sirah is light and dry.  Tattletale 2018 Heritage Zinfandel is dry and spicy.
