The CDI Custom Paint Experience

Spoiler Alert:  Removal of the "Ugly Bra" and the paint job at CDI Custom Paint took three days...

Our motorhome went into the
shop looking kind of worn.

Then the rain came...

Because of Covid 19 there's no place to go to get out of the rain for seven hours.  Eric asked if we could stay in our motorhome while work was being done.

Because of this abnormal situation,
we are given permission to wait
inside our home, while work is
being done.

This is our Pandemic Experience:  Eric and I live in the vehicle we drive, so we're always home.  If there's no place to go in inclement weather, we stay home.  On rare occasions we have to ask permission to stay at home.

We watch our windshield fog up
from the heater that softens up
our "Ugly Bra" to make removal
as easy as possible.

It must be break time.  The Techs have disappeared.

Eric steps out our
motorhome to get
this picture of the
heaters Techs are
using for this part
of the job.

After two days there's still
 some "Ugly Bra" left to
be removed near the
 license plate.
This part of the job will be finished tomorrow morning.  Our motorhome will go to the paint shop for the two areas that need new paint, above the windshield and a spot on the back, at the top of the ladder.
