Meanwhile... @ Suni Sands RV Resort in Yuma, Arizona

I took a brisk walk around
Suni Sands RV Resort
& found....

... fifteen homes for sale in this 310 site  RV Park.

Across the street from
our motorhome is
a site available for
$17,000.00.

Its neighbor is for sale too.

Call for the price.

Kitty-corner to the second
site is this vintage trailer.

Asking price: $10,000.00.

The price asked is for the dwellings.  Additional costs are the lease for the land the home sits on, taxes, water, and electric bills.

This home is decorated
for Valentine's day.

This Park Model Trailer
is for sale.

Call for the price.

Its neighbor is on the
market too.

I am guessing that some of the owners that are selling are older and do not want to travel to Yuma every winter.

Short, colorful Daisies grow
in front of this trailer.

This Defender 5th Wheel Trailer
is parked across two campsites
because the lots are short.

I also saw several large motorhomes taking up multiple campsites.  That's one way to accommodate 42 foot to 45 foot RVs in this older Resort.

A newer home is has a
for sale sign on it.

An AirStream Trailer
sits between a 5th Wheel
& a permanent residence.

Another home is decked
out for Valentine's Day.

The Saguaro Cactus is
made of beer &/or
soda cans.

I like the decorative reuse of items not recycled in Arizona.

This Double Wide Trailer is a full-size home.

Another older trailer is
offered for sale.

The owner is asking for
$5,500.00

This newer home is
also on the market.

This late 1990s Winnebago
 Vectra has a gas engine.

These Class C Motorhomes
fit comfortably in Suni Sands'
shorter campsites.

A permanently set up Cardinal
5th Wheel Trailer with covered
patio is on the market.

A vintage Belair Park Model
is also offered for sale.

This Corsica trailer is
for sale AND for rent.

I almost missed the
for sale sign on this
5th Wheel.

This is downright repetitive...

An older trailer is for sale.

A Sprinter is available, if
the price is right.

It's obvious to me that in
this RV Resort, it's a
buyer's market.
