A Walk in the Hundred Acre Wood with John and Carol

Fellow Escapees John and Carol live just up the road in Ballston Spa.  Today they are taking us to the Hundred Acre Wood near Global Foundries near Malta for a walk.

This tiny flower has large
geranium like leaves.

Fred & Phyllis have this at
their home on Galway Lake.

Stairways take us down to
the bridge

that crosses a
small creek.

These tiny bearded
flowers remind me
of irises.

One of several wrinkled
mushrooms we found.

This Red Erect Trillium
is a fascinating flower.

Eric & John on
one of the bridges.

This bell-like flower is just
inches from the forest floor.

This seven pointed flower
is delightful.

John brought out a wildflower book when we returned to the house.  Most of these flowers were not in the slim volume.  If you know the name of one of the unidentified flowers, please comment with a link to a website identifying the flower.  I'll name the flower and share the link.
