The Joy's planned course was changed today.  It turned around and headed back toward Seattle to meet the helicopter sent for a seriously ill passenger and a family member.  All on board hope that he or she recovers quickly.

Our arrival in Juneau will be delayed because of the unexpected change in our route.  That's OK because there is plenty to do aboard ship during our delay.
