All Thai'd Up makes a very good Pad Thai.  Every Thai Restaurant has its own recipe.

We were hungry when we returned to the motorhome and started our lunches before I could take pictures.

I remembered to take this

 picture right before I

 reheated my leftovers.

Thai Food served at an old Gas Station...  I'm happy to see older buildings being repurposed as the needs of a community change.
