The Bruery is the happiest place

on Earth for Craft Beer drinkers.

Patrick Rue's curiosity and devotion to beer brewing developed into the innovative and food pairing enterprise that is The Bruery.  Creativity is at the center of the Brew Masters' work.  Visitors taste unique beers that range from Lagers and Wit Beers with Citrus to Tripels and Stouts inspired by vineyards.

Always in search of new flavor combinations, The Bruery is comfortable working with Chefs to brew new beers and create inspired food pairings.  In 2020 The Bruery collaborated with Chef Brooke Williamson to develop Next is the Berry, a huckleberry Tripel and The Spice, thyme spiced Imperial Stout.

Beers worth purchasing are Black Tuesday Mango Fire a Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Mango and Habanero Peppers;  Black Tuesday 2021 Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout; and Abuelita's Special a Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Cacao Nibs, Cocoa Powder, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, and Cinnamon. 

I liked Just A Twist Belgian Style Wit Ale with Citrus and Spices;  Ruekefeller: Helles a Traditional Belgian Style Helles Lager.  I agreed with eric on the Black Tuesday Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout.

We decided on just one can of beer to add to our home Craft Beer collection.  I see a relaxing evening with one of the Bruery's finest in our future.
