It's very hard to surprise Eric.  We are together 24/7 in retirement.  When Eric told me he wanted an Edible Arrangement for his birthday, I pooh-poohed the idea.  Eric mentioned it a few other times and I said, "Oh, really?"  (I can now surprise him!)  

And I did.  Eric is having a very Happy Birthday.  Yeah!
