A New Grocery Store to Visit... Shoppers Food & Pharmacy in Annapolis, Maryland

While driving into Annapolis to see Squire Frederick cry at McGarvey's Saloon and Oyster Bar, I saw Shopper's Food and Pharmacy.  We must stop here!  Eric can get the groceries we need while I walk around the store and take pictures.  When will this obsession with grocery stores end?

Shoppers Food & Pharmacy
serves customers in Maryland,
Washington, DC & Virginia.

I walked into the
Savings Zone.

exactly what the
customer wants.

The Meat Counter is
well stocked.

The end displays have
been expanded to display
more merchandise.

glowing.

I met Shoppers Food and Pharmacy employees, Terri and Donna, while I was marveling over the firewood display.  We had a nice chat about the store.  They love the wide aisles and expanded end displays that allows the store to different types of merchandise easily.

All the dairy items that are
on sale this week are

includes a table &

Shoppers Pharmacy has an app

I like the convenience
this offers.

Health & Beauty Aisles

pay $5.00 & the bag is
sent on to someone in need.

This is my favorite display,,

Milk, Eggs & Bread are in
a case near Check Outs.

There's LOTS of
temptations at the
Check Outs.

The Check Out Aisle
has candies, salty snacks,
sodas & water AND
Beef Jerky.

Now I know where the
folding shopping carts
come from.

Look at this!

The cash register screens
scroll ads when they are
not in service.

Shoppers Food and Pharmacy is a GREAT grocery store.  They stock a large variety of selections throughout the store. I love the cold display end with sale items in the Dairy Section.  Offering more sale items on expanded end displays makes shopping easier for their customers.  Running into the store for milk, eggs and bread takes a minute here. Being able to buy a folding shopping cart just made the walk home easier for nearby customers.

This is a very thoughtfully run store.  From the crowds I saw when I was there, Shoppers Food and Pharmacy has been warmly welcomed in Annapolis.

Lunch with Squire Frederick & Eric at Galway Bay in Annapolis, Maryland

After watching Squire Frederick cry at McGarvey's Saloon and Oyster Bar and press the press with Annapolis dignitaries, it was time for lunch.  The Squire suggested we dine at Galway Bay Irish Pub.

We stopped at The Colonial Players
of Annapolis on our walk
to the restaurant.

Annapolis, America's first peacetime capital, teems with history and The Squire shares the city's rich history with us.
