Notes on Thousand Trails Palm Springs RV Resort in Desert Palm, California

There are a lot of Palm Trees

There are 372 campsites here for Tents, Travel Trailers, and Motorhomes; and 28 rental Cabins.

The Playground is next to
the Recreation Hall.

The Recreation Hall includes a TV
 Viewing Corner; Jig Saw Puzzles,
with removable shelves & Library
with Audio Books & Movies that
is open from 8 am to 10 pm.

The Thousand Trails Sales Office is accessible from the Rec Hall.

Adjacent Pickleball
Courts

The Spa & Swimming Pool

in session.

The Billiards Room has
3 tables, with seating
for spectators.

The Family Lodge has games
crafts & puzzles & a TV with
comfy seating.

One of three Rest Rooms
with Shower Facilities.

The coin-operated Laundry is in the
rear of the building.

$1.75 per wash load & $1.25 per
dryer load.

There is no Camp Store here.  State Bros. Market is just six-tenths of a mile away.

Campers are set up
under Palm Trees.

One of the Tent Campsites

I love this colorful
travel trailer.

Eric likes the paint job
on this Prevost.

Three of the Cabins that
are available to rent.

A small wooden Travel Trailer
with Horseshoe Pits in the
distance.

Oooh... Solar Panels!

The extension provides headroom
& ample ventilation.

Campers are allowed to
pick the Oranges.

There's a ladder on this
Palm Tree, & others
throughout the Resort.

Dates are also harvested
here.

Wildlife sighting:

This is the first time Eric and I have stayed at an RV Park that is also farmed.  A second income stream is part of a sound business plan.

I LOVE the open door policy at this Resort's Library.  After restrictions to the Library at Wilderness Lakes RV Resort & Campground, I have increased appreciation being able to visit and use the Library morning, noon or nighttime.
