Eric and I enjoyed our afternoon in Moab.  We expect that dinner time is when the City comes to life.  After a long day of visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Hiking, and Trail Riding in UTVs and Jeeps visitors swarm the City looking for dinner, drinks, and shopping.
