We are tasting nine Firehouse Beers.

Eric and I taste them from high IBU (International Bitterness Unit) to low IBU.  The Supercharged IPA is first because we want to get the bitterest beer out of the way first.  Other Beers from highest to lowest IBU are Chmel Czech Bohemian Lager, Smoke Jumper Stout, Firehouse Red Ale, Buffalo Bitter, Wilderness Wheat Hefeweisen, Black Hills Brown Ale, and Bell Tower Lager.

We agree that the Smoke Jumper Stout is our favorite.  The Black Hills Brown Ale is very good.  Of the lighter beers, Eric likes Wilderness Wheat Hefeweisen and I like Dr. Peel Good Fruit Beer.

Our Tuna Poke Nachos Wontons
are topped with Fresh Raw Tuna,
 Guacamole, Edamame, Cheddar
Cheese, Green Onion  & a drizzle

The Tuna Poke Nachos are a wonderful combination of light fresh flavors with spice, heat, and spice.  Eric and I agree that this is a repeatable choice for us.

I look up and see the ladder
